What graduate school is like

One of the websites I read just about every day is Penny Arcade, a nerd comic that can border on the genius at times. I rarely find a strip to be lacking in humor. Last November they posted a comic that struck me as a perfect description of graduate school. My photoshop skills are pretty pathetic but I have finally altered the drawing to reflect graduate school's precipitous learning curve. The system really doesn't prepare you - at all - for the differences between undergraduate and graduate education. I in no way want to detract from PA's work or their artistic rights, which is why I qualify my post here and have kept the original copyright signature on the side of the panel.
